A Robotics and Controlled Environmental Agricultural Business Solution.

The foundation used automation and precise linear rails with ball bearings to ensure repeatability, with dual-axis DC servo motors. Using a high-flex cable housing to prevent snagging.

The system is a custom engineered tool that allows for the customer to have a hands-off automation of farming. The assembly uses 6061-T6 aluminum and carbon fiber. With a vacuum nozzle the end effector places a single microgreen seed into a peat plug (torque sensors used to ensure it's seated optimally) 

The focus remains on the mechanics, but the system is designed to operate within a Vertical Hydroponic Framework
